People’s Experience Team Hosting Information and Feedback Roadshow

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board’s (CTMUHB) People’s Experience Team will be hosting an Information and “Feedback Roadshow” for staff and members of the public at Ysbyty Cwm Cynon, Mountain Ash, on Tuesday 22nd October 2024, from 9am – 4pm.

The roadshow, which will be held in the main entrance of the hospital will include a range of stands supported by the People’s Experience Team and different partner organisations, including:

  • CTMUHB’s Patient Advice Liaison Service (PALS)
  • CTMUHB’s Volunteers – highlighting the opportunities available to support patients across the Health Board
  • CTMUHB’s Patient Feedback team
  • CTMUHB’s Chaplaincy Lead
  • CTMUHB’s Clinical Bereavement Lead
  • CTMUHB’s Unpaid Carers Lead
  • CTMUHB’s Macmillan Cancer and Information Support Officer
  • Wellness Improvement Service (WISE)
  • Age Connect
  • New Horizon
  • CAB4Carers
  • The Roadshow will aim to highlight some of the services on offer in CTMUHB’s hospital and community settings.

    Jenny Oliver, Head of People’s Experience at the Health Board said: “We’re hosting this roadshow to proactively reach out to our patients, families, unpaid carers and staff to highlight the support available within our hospital settings from the Health Board and our communities by third sector organisations.

    We hope this will enable our communities to live well, understand what support is available and how services can be accessed”
